ORDER FAQ

Q: I live in Oakland. How do I order Brown Sugar Botanicals products? 

A:  Just go to our online shop, browse through products, fill out all required information, and select Delivery. We provide no-contact delivery every Friday and Saturday throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Expedited delivery is available for $5-15 per order (based on distance). Email us immediately after placing an order to request expedited delivery!

Q: How does local delivery work?

A: Local deliveries below $45 have a $5.46 fee, and orders above $45 are delivered free! Due to Covid-19 safety precautions, all orders are delivered no contact. We ask that customers remain indoors at drop-off for everyone’s safety.

Q: I live in Southern California. How do I order?

A: For all orders in CA but outside the Bay, we’ll ship to you. Every order is shipped flat-rate with insurance for $7 flat. We ship orders twice weekly: every Tuesday and Friday. We will follow up via email with your tracking info once your order ships. UPDATE: we are revising shipping capacity and flat-rate shipping speed will vary depending on your distance from CA. Please allow up to 7- 10 business days for shipping. Bay Area – make sure y’all select delivery for the fastest option!

Q: I live in New York. How can I order? 

A: We see you! We ship our hemp-derived CBD tincture and CBD salves to all except three (3) states. Those three (3) states are:

  • Idaho
  • Kansas
  • Nebraska
 
We’re very cautious about state regulations for smokeable hemp, so we ship our hemp + lavender pre-rolls to all except twelve (12) states. Those twelve (12) states are: 

  • Indiana
  • Idaho
  • Nebraska
  • South Dakota
  • Louisiana
  • Hawaii
  • Kentucky
  • North Carolina 
  • Texas
  • Utah 
  • Florida 
  • Kansas
 

Q:  Why are there maximum order quantities?

A: We cap our mini-tincture purchases at 2 bottles, our looseleaf blend at 4 packs, our pre-rolls at 2 packs, and our mini-salves at 3 salves. We do this because we make all products ourselves, and we want to pace our distribution speed to reach as many of our customers as possible.

Q: I received my order but I no longer want it. Can I get a refund? 

A: At this time, all product sales are final. If you receive your order and there is an issue, please contact us via our Contact page and we’ll be happy to assist you.
